MCP47CMB12 is a dual channel, 10-bit, buffered voltage output Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) with MTP memory and an I?C Compatible Serial Interface. This?device provides four different voltage reference options: device VDD, external VREF (Buffered or unbuffered) and internal bandgap. It offers 1 LSB Integral Non-Linearity (INL) with low power consumption and a fast settling time of 16 ?s. This device has integrated MTP memory that can be written up to 32 times, for each specific register.
